Chief Financial Officer

ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesProvide strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the businessOversee financial reporting and compliance functionsHave a continuous improvement approach to all things related to systems and processesManage cash flow, capital expenditure, and investment initiativesEnsure financial governance, risk management, and adherence to regulatory requirementsCollaborate with senior leadership to drive performance improvement and cost-efficiencyLead and mentor the finance, IT and admin team to build capability and accountability About You To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced financial leader with a proven track record, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sectors.
You will possess strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
