The Role
Reporting to the Board, you will be a visionary leader stepping into a newly created CEO role driving THOR Poletest through its next phase of growth and beyond. You will develop and implement the company's vision and global growth strategy, through the development of a global sales and marketing plan, and effective contract and supply chain management.
You will lead a high-performing team while building and nurturing strong relationships with current and future global customers to position THOR Poletest as an industry leader. You will have the ability to cultivate lasting and effective relationships with supply chain networks as well as ensuring there is a strong product development pipeline strategy and management.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this opportunity, you will be an experienced leader with a robust track record in strategic and commercial success, particularly in steering high-growth companies, ideally within an international and technical sales environment. You will have exceptional relationship building skills, a customer-centric mindset combined with negotiation and decision-making abilities empowering you to drive results and elevate THOR Poletest to new heights!
