Ensure the organisation's resources, processes, and systems are geared towards achieving long-term sustainability.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, partners, sponsors, and other key stakeholders. Provide opportunities for connection and learning while ensuring that the organisation remains relevant and inclusive for all members. Deliver strong member communications, such as newsletters and e-updates, on a regular basis.Event Hosting: Serve as a welcoming and positive host/presenter during events, creating a professional yet warm atmosphere for members and stakeholders. Ensure that all events reflect the organisation's values and mission.Knowledge and Learning: Oversee the development of educational opportunities through events, training, and research. Maintain the regularity of the organisation's research channels and promote valuable insights to stakeholders and the public.Best Practice and Credibility: Ensure the organisation's standards are monitored and resources are up to date. Maintain the processes to preserve the organisation's high ethical standards.Representation: Act as the face of the organisation in dealings with government officials, media, and the public.
