It manages over 1,800 properties, serving 3,000 tenants with an annual revenue of $30 million.As Chief Executive, you will oversee all assets, develop strong partnerships, and progress housing development ambitions. You will ensure Te Toi Mahana meets its strategic goals and financial objectives, including maintaining registration as a Community Housing Provider.You will promote a positive internal culture, manage financial performance, and ensure operational excellence, prioritising relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and partners.This leadership position requires proactive governance engagement and a commitment to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.We are seeking candidates with senior leadership experience, preferably in housing or social services.
