Job functions include: Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers across all facets of daily kitchen operations; Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution; Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards; and Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers. Critical Skills: Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills; Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm; Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment; Organized and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritise efficiently; and Attention to detail. Specific Requirements: Chef De Partie (CDP) Minimum 3 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments; supervisory roles preferred; Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and meticulous culinary skills; and Ability to manage inventory and allocate responsibilities and resources; Commis Chef Minimum 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments.
