Job Description

The café manager is responsible for delegated areas of the kitchen production team. The scope of service delivery comprises coordination and execution of the meal service for client staff, guests and functions.

Experience in a functions environment
Experience in menu design and delivery
Food Handlers Certificate
Successfully completed an apprenticeship in cookery or commercial cook qualifications
Previously run a kitchen or cafe
