Responsibilities include;

Preparing and cooking high-quality, innovative dishes

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation

Menu development along with the restaurant manager and contributing ideas to enhance the dining experience

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen

Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff

What we are looking for

Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment

Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team

Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
