Position: Chef at Sobar (Surf & Turf Pub)
Responsibilities:
Preparing & cooking food
Designing weekly specials
Training and supervising staff
Producing innovative & consistent food
Managing food control plan
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience as a chef in a comparable restaurant (minimum 2 years as head chef or sous chef)
Proven experience leading kitchen staff
Knowledge of Surf & Turf
Note: To apply for this job, you should either have permanent residency or an open work permit.
Job Type: Full-time, minimum 40 hours a week, straight shifts from 11am to 9pm (weekend availability is a must).
