Chef De Partie /Pizza Chef

We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie who is also excited by making authentic Pizzas and working on our French Rotisserie oven. Full training will be given.
The Café du Marche sits alongside a state of the art FreshChoice Supermarket in Epsom. Glamorous decor sets the eatery apart from a regular bistro. Our cuisine has a strong focus on European flavours with both Italian and French influences, including a genuine French market Rotisserie and Italian Pizza oven.
About the position You will significantly contribute to the ongoing development and consistency in execution of our restaurant offer, assisting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen - Breakfast, Lunch and Pizza/Rotisserie offer.
We are looking for: At least 3 years experience as a CDP
Able to work a mix of day and night shifts including weekends.
Passion and drive to produce quality food
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Be self-motivated & self-disciplined
An ability to 'think outside the square' and have a creative flare
