About the role: Picton Yacht Club Hotel is a stunning property located beside Picton Harbour, the perfect location to explore the dramatic local coastline and New Zealand wine's country.  
As the busy summer period is coming, Picton Yacht Club Hotel is having an opportunity for a casual Chef de Partie to join our hardworking Kitchen team in delivering high quality food service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:  Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation requirementsMaintaining and ordering stocks and suppliesMaintain a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all timesEnsure stock is controlled and rotatedOrganise a daily work schedule and ordering requirements Skills and Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a Chef De Partie or similar role in restaurant or hotel environmentHold NZ citizenship, permanent residency or a current valid work visaFlexibility to work split shifts - covering breakfast & dinner shiftsPunctual, organised and trustworthyAbility to solve problems, professionally handle pressure, and think-on-your-feetFlexibility to work rostered shifts including weekends,public holidays, early shifts, and night shifts Sound like a good fit?
