We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie who wants to become part of a business which fosters a supportive and developmental environment. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a commercial kitchen is beneficial.

A passion for cooking in a fast-paced team.

The role:

Understand Basic Food Hygiene and Safety Standards, and how to deal with an Accident / Incident or an Emergency Situation.

Confident in using all Products and Equipment.

Able to Complete Food Control Plan.

Understand Stock Rotation and Storage in Alignment with Food Safety Regulations.

Able to competently Explain the Food Control Plan.

Ability to carry out food preparation, and service procedures for dish wash area, dessert section, salad section, and front line.

Ensure meal timings align with all other sections.

Able to assist and Manage BOH staff in conjunction with the shift manager.

Confident in communicating through deputy Rostering App, how to apply for leave & call in sick.

Understanding the Importance of working together as a team to ensure the best service for our customers.

Maintain kitchen cleaning schedule.

Able to foster good relationships with staff, leaders, management, suppliers, and our customers.

Able to support and develop team members through leadership and training.

Understanding the impact of prepping, and the importance of following recipes and sticking to portion sizes accurately has on the cost of goods sold.

Understand and follow the company's stock control policy.

Understand how to receive inward goods and complete stock takes.

Understand hazards' impact on the business, staff, and guests.

Understand and comply with all policies and procedures.

Rates of Pay will be dependent on experience.
