Chef De Partie

Lokanta Aegean ( Turkish & Greek ) Eating House and Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Permanent  Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team. This role offers a great opportunity for an individual passionate about food and committed to excellence. As a Chef de Partie, you will contribute to maintaining high standards in kitchen operations and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen. 




Must be able to work 30 plus hours per week, including weekends and evenings.A team player





Plan and manage purchasing needs for the kitchen team.
Coordinate with team members and ensure effective communication across kitchens and other teams.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and production.
Delegate and perform duties to meet service demands.
Assist in various sections or kitchens as required.
Uphold hygiene, health & safety, and presentation standards. Manage the Food Control Plans and exceptional H&S standards
Set a positive example and maintain excellent presentation standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience at the Chef de Partie level in a restaurant or patisserie environment (2-3 years).
Or a Diploma in advanced cookery levels 3, 4 & 5.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Creative and committed to continuous improvement.
Flexible to work across different kitchens and on a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
Experience with purchasing management systems.
Knowledge of food hygiene practices as per the food control plan.
