Checkout Supervisor Brookfield New World is looking for a Checkout superstar to join our dynamic team to help run our famous customer-focused checkout. This is a role where experience in customer service and staff supervision is preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant will be:

Display excellent leadership
Relate well to all people
Communicate clearly
Maintain high presentation standards
Provide exceptional customer service
Tasks include:
Serving customers
Ensuring appropriate numbers of checkouts are open at all times
Monitoring security of the checkout area
Handling customer enquiries/complaints appropriately
Showing an awareness of customers' and staff's needs
Holding a Liquor Licence would be an advantage but is not necessary as this can be gained later.
