- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SLI Systems' products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or direct them to relevant resources for complex issues that require escalation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings to share insights, best practices, and improve overall service quality.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting frequently asked questions and solutions, ensuring that updates are accessible to the team.
- Engage in continuous personal development by attending training sessions and staying informed about product updates and service enhancements.
