**Job Description:** As a Chat Support Associate at First American Financial, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and effective customer support via chat.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

**Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or remote support role.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat support software, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
