We have a role for you! We seek expressions of interest for a fixed term to cover the Charge Nurse Manager Role in ADU Waitakere (maternity leave cover). The purpose of this role is to ensure that your team is supported and nurtured to provide high-quality nursing care and excellent customer service in a safe environment.

You will have proven leadership experience and the ability to problem solve whilst ensuring safe and effective care, evidence-based critical thinking, and proactive escalation as needed.

You will need experience in working in an acute medical/emergency department setting. You will be required to lead a multi-disciplinary team to meet the diverse needs of patients and their families/whanau, using contemporary professional best practice standards to provide specialised clinical care for the patient.
