Ara Poutama Aotearoa is delivering a modern health system to support and enable our Pae Ora (Health) teams deliver a first-class health service. The new solution will be implemented in conjunction with our vendor partners.
The project is entering the implement phase and change management will be critical to its success. We are seeking two Change Analysts to support the Change Lead and project team.
Nga kawenga | About the role Working closely with the Change Lead, project team and key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the new system. You'll collaborate closely with change networks and key stakeholders to support readiness and smooth implementation, while contributing to developing change plans, documents, and presentations to communicate initiatives effectively. Throughout the implementation phase you will engage in change activities, provide change management advice and guidance, and assist in designing, developing, and delivering activities to support the new system's adoption.
Your responsibilities will include:
Undertaking change impact and readiness assessments and identifying potential risks.Supporting communication and training efforts to ensure users and stakeholders are informed of and prepared for changes.Developing and supporting SMEs, change champions and Super User networks.Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather feedback and promote user and stakeholder engagement.Coaching and supporting users, managers and stakeholders throughout the change process.To succeed in this position you will be an adaptable, results-focused, people-centric, values and growth driven individual, with:
Knowledge of change principles, processes and supporting people through change and new system implementation.Ability to collaborate with the project team, change networks, and key stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of users, managers and stakeholders.Good planning and prioritisation skills, capable of managing workloads to meet deadlines.A qualification in change or similar is desirable, but not essential.
The midpoint of the salary range is $84,594 and the full range (85%-120%) is $71,905 - $101,513. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
