This research involves around 1,600 BestStart pre-schoolers!

About the Role:
As a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre! Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday in New Plymouth.
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
You'll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others
You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
