Due to promotion, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Category Marketing Manager to drive the success of our Panels portfolio and join a well-established and welcoming team, who are authentic, driven and like a bit of banter on the side! In this role, you'll own the category strategy, ensuring consistent growth and innovation in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Panels Category: Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives year-on-year growth above market rates. Innovate & Differentiate: Stay ahead of trends to create a unique market position, delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations and commercial teams to ensure an insights-driven approach to category management. Drive Product Excellence: Lead cross functional project teams to deliver product commercialisation, ensuring our offerings meet and exceed customer expectations. Build Strong Relationships: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, from suppliers and manufacturing teams to industry experts, to enhance our market position. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 3-5 years in category, product or brand management. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence your stakeholders. Confidence writing and presenting business cases, with an understanding of P&L management. A collaborative style, a solutions and growth-focused mindset, and ease with analysing data.
