You will be joining a brand with an excellent reputation across the New Zealand market - a great company to add to your CV!About the role:This role is an excellent combination of sales and analysing data in order to produce the best results at a national level.Your day will consist of a wide variety of tasks including:Assisting with range reviews, analysing costs and profit margins and advising the wider cooperative on findingsCreating and implementing better systems and processes across the brand on pricing & new product rangesCreating relationships with store owners and assisting with their enquiriesProducing sales reports and collating information for support office and at store levelSupporting owners and managers on how to successfully display product lines to optimise salesReport directly to the Head of MerchandisingIdentifying opportunities in the market in addition to running price and product comparisons to fill gapsAbout you:You will come from either a Category Manager or Key Account Manager background with the ability to analyse complex dataYou possess the ability to forecast both product and profit margin across all stores nationallyYou display strong negotiation skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders to secure the best pricesYou are able to align sales processes to achieve both individual and collective targetsYou have proven experience creating and implementing core rangesYou are experienced in creating and implementing planograms to streamline store merchandisingYou are able to travel internationally to the USA, Europe and Australia to discover new trends and product ranges to be bought to New Zealand.Benefits:On offer is a competitive base salary, tools of trade + bonus package.
