Seniority Level: Experienced Professional Function: Marketing Location: Auckland, New Zealand Working Mode: Hybrid The role involves supporting the deployment of BAT's portfolio plans in New Zealand, managing local initiatives, tracking performance, and assisting in brand and product development to achieve commercial targets and build brand equity.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE: Assist in implementing brand plans for New ZealandTrack and evaluate brand performance against important metrics..Monitor and report on competitor activities.Contribute to the deployment of brand campaigns.Assist in new product launches and lead NPI process.Handle external agencies to meet quality expectations.Maintain local brand and campaign cycle plans.Develop communication content for internal and external presentations.QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES: Minimum 2 years in a portfolio management or activation role in FMCG industry.Ability to influence and create partner consensus.Strong planning and organizing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to deliver impactful presentations.Analytical skills for supervising and evaluating performance.Experience in handling external agencies.Proficiency in budget and PO tracking.BENEFICIAL Delivering in ambiguous & dynamic situations as a part of a global multi-functional team by building partnerships & working diplomaticallyDrives innovation & knowledge sharingWE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
