About the role We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Sales Associate to join our high-performing Mulberry team. The successful candidates: Will provide every customer with an exceptional customer service experience Consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs Use product knowledge to maximise and drive sales Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network Are ambassadors for the Mulberry brand and demonstrate passion in all aspects of their role Ensure VM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to a high standard Benefits and perks Significant weekly commission Generous seasonal merchandise allowance Additional generous incentives Career development and advancement opportunities High profile luxury store environment Skills and experience Experience working in a customer focused environment Demonstrated sales abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrates initiative Ability to follow direction Mulberry is an equal opportunities employer and we are passionate about hiring and developing the best talent.
