We are seeking dedicated Duty Managers to join our team in Tauranga! Position: Casual Duty Manager Location: Tauranga Pay Rate: $29.50 per hour + 8% holiday pay Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe environment for both patrons and staff, manage security risks, and respond effectively to emergencies. Manage conflicts, resolving issues in a peaceful and respectful manner. Ensure all staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and monitor patrons to prevent over-intoxication. Qualifications: Must hold a current NZ Duty Manager Certificate and LCQ. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
