Casual Customer Representative - Moana Nui-a-Kiwa Pool and Leisure CentreYou will be joining our team at Moana-Nui-a-Kiwa Pool and Leisure Centre whose main goal is to inspire Aucklanders to be more active. Working as a Customer Support Representative, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same!
Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30 am to 9 pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. Your outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
