With a passionate team of 130+people based in Auckland and Christchurch, we are committed to the success of our customers.About the role:The Cash Management Associate supports the Director Cash Management in developing, growing and maintaining cash management products and services.Key responsibilities include:Assisting the delivery of our global cash management key initiativesIdentifying and scoping product requirement and support the development of the global cash management portfolioCollaborating with multiple teams and stakeholder, effectively communicating their needs and analysis resultsUtilising data collection and analytic tools to identify trends and patterns from various sources to support business goals.Proactively working to stream line business processes to optimise operation efficiency while maintain strict adherence to risk and compliance protocolsRemaining up to date with market and regulatory changes, and as relevant, sharing new knowledge and insightsOpportunity to be involved in the ongoing development and management of our global cash management and corporate internet banking platformAbout you:You will have 2-3 years' experience in banking industry.You will also have:A strong understanding in transaction banking products and services.Good data collection, analysis and application skills.Experience in product development and management is preferred.Understanding of risk and compliance requirements, as related to banking products and services is desirableKnowledge in Fin-Tech would be an advantage.You will be fluent in English and Mandarin, as used in a corporate/business environmentYou will already be legally entitled to work in NZ without need for immigration sponsorship.Why Bank of China New Zealand?At Bank of China New Zealand we're growing fast so there's no limit to what you can learn and where you can go.
