Carpenter/Site Manager

Due to work rapidly picking up in the Tauranga department of B3, we are seeking an all-round experienced trade qualified carpenter/site manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our friendly team. 
The primary focus of this role is to provide building services in properties located in the Tauranga/BOP area. Our client base includes significant commercial and industrial building operators and occasionally large-scale residential buildings as well. 
The role we are recruiting for will be primarily focused on fitouts, projects, refurbishments and general maintenance. 
As such we are looking for an individual who has a range of skills with specific experience in interior commercial work, both on the tools and running sites. 
We need someone who is happy to work independently and in a range of environments. One week you can be running a major fitout project with multiple trades coming and going and the next doing gib repairs in an apartment by yourself. You can be on a project for 4 weeks or on a job for 4 hours. 
We are looking for someone with the mindset of doing the job once and doing it properly.
