Permanent, full time role.
37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3pm working from Wellington Depot.
Grade 12: £28,421 - £31,777 per annum inclusive of a £2,000 recruitment allowance for a minimum of 3 years.
28 days of annual leave.
What will I be doing?
We're working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you'll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
Working with tenants in occupied and unoccupied properties.
Working with the voids team and planner to coordinate daily activity.
Collaborating with other trade teams to deliver joint solutions.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training, and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:
Hold Level 2-3 NVQ or equivalent or City & Guilds Apprenticeship served.
Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Have planning and organizing skills for materials.
Demonstrate mechanical skills and experience working with various power tools and woodworking machinery.
Exhibit attention to detail and precise working.
