What you'll do
This is your chance to make a real impact in a short amount of time! As a Senior Partnership Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, you'll be a key player in the success of key partnerships within the Everyday Rewards program. You will cultivate strong relationships with partner stakeholders and internal teams, collaboratively developing and executing joint marketing plans, and consistently delivering on agreed objectives. You will leverage your commercial acumen and data analysis skills to optimise partnership performance, track progress against key metrics, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future vision of the program, onboarding new partners, and supporting the development of innovative solutions that drive value for all stakeholders.
As a leader, you will foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, mentor colleagues, and champion best practices in continuous delivery and agile methodologies within this fixed term timeframe.
What you'll bring
You will be a data-driven and customer-obsessed individual with at least 8 years of experience in Direct Marketing and Loyalty, and a strong commercial acumen. You will be a champion for building value through experimentation and iteration, and adept at developing strategies that secure buy-in across the business. Furthermore, you'll be a confident coach and mentor, effectively guiding others in the implementation of best practices.
