Our client is offering an experienced Care Home Manager an opportunity to bring their own special blend of oversight, mentoring, relationship building, and site management to this role.
With locations around New Zealand, this provider is growing and needs competent managers at the helm. With a vision for growth and excellence in service provision, they need someone with both experience and passion for what they do.
Responsibilities: Provide day to day operational management
Ensure clinical and care teams deliver optimal care
Build strong relationships with families, residents, staff, stakeholders
Enhance the reputation of the site & build connection with the local community and Ministry contacts
Meet compliance & legislative requirements
Manage budget and provide financial reporting
Ideally you will also hold NZ Nursing registration and current APC.
We are looking for someone who ticks all those boxes, but just as importantly, is able to take a team with them for the journey, build a tight team culture and manage with empathy, understanding, strength and compassion.
