Car Yard Manager

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to scrutinize potential competitors and develop new action plans to contend with growing competition.

Formulate and implement innovative selling and marketing policies in order to maximize company sales and customer loyalty.

Advertise vehicles by taking photos and organizing promotional programs.

Assist in all social media efforts including updating website Trade Me, Dealer Base, AutoTrader, Auto Base, company website, Facebook, etc.

Prepare strategies and ensure implementation to promote the company's goods and services to as many people as possible.

Generate increased consumption of our company's goods and services through the creation and reinforcement of the company's "brand image" or "brand loyalty."

Build and maintain the organization's image and reputation with its customers, investors, and the wider public.

Buy and sell cars and car parts and keep an accurate list of inventories.

Deal with overseas suppliers from different countries such as Japan, Australia, and Singapore when needed.

Prepare staff payroll and wages, staff roster, and time sheets.

Manage bank accounts and ensure timely vendor payments.

Undertake budgeting for the establishment.

Negotiate prices and create deals for the welfare of the company.

Control selection and training of the staff.

Meet all requirements relating to health and safety issues in line with health and safety regulations.

Pay Rate: $30 to $32 per hour.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week.
