Creating positive change in the lives of the world's most vulnerable children Implementing engaging campaigns and innovative digital strategies Managing high performing fundraising and digital teams The purpose of this role is to lead the development and execution of World Vision's campaign and digital strategies to drive revenue, supporter acquisition and improved brand measures. As the Campaign & Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage the fundraising campaigns and digital teams. You will oversee the deliverables of our creative and media buying and digital development agencies and make a substantive contribution to the wider work of World Vision as a member of the Marketing and Engagement Team.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering integrated, end-to-end fundraising campaigns Creating and implementing the fundraising campaign strategy Managing the annual budget for digital and campaign activities Overseeing the development of the digital marketing strategy, including UX, UI, and digital acquisition campaigns, as well as implementing digital optimization initiatives Collaborating with agency partners on always-on paid digital strategies across search, social, display, mass fundraising campaigns, and website development Providing day-to-day management and leadership to the Fundraising Campaigns and Digital team This is your opportunity to join a professional, passionate and diverse team at World Vision New Zealand to create meaningful change for children. You will need:
A relevant tertiary qualification 8+ years' experience in a similar position within a complex organisation Team management experience required Significant digital, brand, campaign, fundraising marketing experience & understanding of best practice Significant experience working with creative and media agencies Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop high quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders Current eligibility to work in New Zealand Home office with strong Wi-Fi connection to enable work-from-home (WFH) Why work with us?
