In this role you will:

Support the roll out of the World Vision 40 Hour Challenge campaign.
Lead the creation, sourcing and posting of strategic, daily content across the @40HourNZ Instagram, YouTube and TikTok channels, driving user engagement and helping to deliver campaign objectives.
Deliver relevant, compelling and engaging content for both posts and stories that resonate with our youth audience, ensuring the World Vision 40 Hour Challenge content meets the desired standards in terms of overall quality, accuracy, brand, tone, style and adherence to policies.
Support the Fundraising Campaign Specialist with the campaign rollout across other marketing channels such as above the line, website, eDM and direct mail.
Assist in the creation of @worldvisionnz video content and support the management of social media influencers.

Do you have:

2+ years' experience producing social media content, with strong photography, video editing, design and copywriting.
Strong understanding of what engages a youth audience (ages 8-18).
Up to date knowledge of the rapidly evolving social media trends and channel updates.
Experience with social analytics tools and content management systems.
Experience working with the Adobe suite (Photoshop/InDesign) or Canva.
Highly developed communications skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience with brief writing and working with creative agencies would be an advantage.
Ability to develop high quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Home office with strong Wi-Fi connection to enable work-from-home (WFH).

Location and Hours:

Based in Penrose, Auckland. On-site parking.
Full-time, Permanent position. 37.5hrs per week.
Monday – Friday.
Hybrid work model.
