About the Role: In this vital role, you will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of campaigns that increase our visibility and help achieve our strategic goal of sustainable funding.
You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative, high-impact campaigns that resonate with our supporters and wider community.
Your ability to engage with business, industry, government and community will be essential to your success.
Location: Hamilton Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns that increase awareness, donations, and community engagement.Develop and execute engagement strategies, building and nurturing relationships with donors, supporters, and volunteers.Work collaboratively across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader organisational goals.Apply project management methodologies to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Facilitate and contribute to comprehensive business plans for fundraising campaigns and major events.Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and improve engagement strategies.Manage stakeholder relationships across business, industry, government, and the community.About You: You are an experienced and innovative campaign leader with a passion for driving positive change.
You have a deep understanding of the non-profit or charity sector and are skilled in building strong relationships with stakeholders and ideally have already got a great network to call upon.
Your project management expertise ensures successful execution of campaigns, and your creative thinking delivers engaging and impactful initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience leading campaigns or engagement strategies, ideally within the non-profit or charity sector.Ability to manage relationships with donors, supporters, and volunteers to maximise engagement and retention.Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Advanced project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to completion.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance and outcomes.A strong understanding of current trends and opportunities in the charity sector.Knowledge of Tikanga Maori and Te Ao Maori is an advantage.Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with willingness to travel regionally for campaign and event coordination.Why Join Us?
