Job Description: Wildfire is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, motivated, innovative, and possess a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Utilize company policies and procedures to assist customers effectively.5. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and be able to recommend solutions to customers.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics set by management.8. Participate in training and development programs as required. Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.7. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.8. Motivated to excel in a customer service role.9. Innovative mindset and attention to detail.10.
