Cafe Manager

Main duties include:

Manage the daily operation of the café;

Plan and organize special functions or events;

Collaborate with Chefs to plan new and update existing menus;

Ensure customer services are provided according to business standards;

Deal with customer inquiries and complaints;

Manage stock level, and maintain stock take records;

Order according to budget;

In charge of Eftpos machine system, and maintain all financial records;

Manage staff roster and control labour costs;

Recruit, instruct and oversee staff;

Implement the health and safety regulations;

Requirements from you:

Related diploma or above qualification;

3 years related work experience if qualification is not available;

Morning start is a must;

Management skills;

Great communication and customer service skills;

A good team player;

Hands-on and able to operate successfully in a high-pressure environment;

Other Job Details:

$29.66 - $32 per hour as per experience

Minimum 30 hours per week
