Cafe Manager/Chef/Barista

We are brand new cafe at Mount Eden, we are looking for multiple candidates.
Who you are: An energetic, independent and highly motivated team player with a customer-focused attitude.We're looking to fill in the following roles at our café, including:
Cafe Manager  Head Barista  Chef  These positions are full-time, including weekend work as we open 7 days.
Head  Barista 2 plus Previous barista and hospitality experience essential
Able to produce top quality coffee quickly and efficiently in a busy café environment
Fantastic people skills towards staff and customer service focused 
Passionate about food and self-motivated
Experience with ordering goods and stocktake
Relevant experience training and supervising staff
Cafe Manager Minimum 3 years experience in a management role 
performance analysis, reporting and strategy development
Excellent business management skills 
decision-making skills and a can do approach to work
Great people skills towards staff and excel at customer service
food and beverage knowledge
ordering goods and stocktake
Have relevant experience training and supervising staff, as well as managing reservations
Chef 1 year experience in cafe and restaurant 
ability to handle pressure 
professional work ethic
strong organisational skills and time management.
