Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeWe have an exciting opportunity for a CA/Team Leader to join us at EastPack Edgecumbe!This role is responsible for supervising and directing our Forklift Team within our Forecourt department to safely achieve effective fruit reception, storage, and transfer of fruit within best practice policy and procedures.A key to the success of this role is to be able to lead and motivate seasonal staff to achieve results during our busy harvest season.You will also need to have:Good problem-solving and time management skills.The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Great communication skills to work with a diverse range of people.Flexibility to work sometimes long hours during our busy seasons (which will include weekends).Although having prior experience in the Kiwifruit industry and a forklift licence is advantageous, it is not a pre-requisite as your ability to lead people will surpass.All applications will require a detailed cover letter and CV.Please note we may begin shortlisting as we receive applications.
