Description Business Support - Penrose, Auckland At Winstone Wallboards, we know our biggest asset is our people. The Role As our Business Support, you'll be at the core of our office and team, managing the day-to-day needs of the Auckland site while connecting the support office to the wider Winstone Wallboards business.

From managing site facilities and office supplies, to supporting our team with administrative tasks and coordinating events, you'll play a key role in keeping everything on track and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include: Administration: Assist the General Manager and other team members with administrative duties, develop presentations, manage companywide administrative systems, purchase orders, ordering supplies, etc. Event Management: Develop and manage annual events calendar, organising meetings, coordinating suppliers, etc. Site Services Management: Oversee maintenance plans, ensure compliance, manage site security and contractor for the main office, and provide site services support to other Auckland sites. Sales Support: Manage trade agreements and support sales initiatives. About You We're looking for someone with proven experience providing administrative support for large teams with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a calm and efficient manner.

No job too big or small, you excel at anticipating immediate needs and planning for future requirements. You'll also need:

Strong digital literacy and communication skills. Second to none organisation skills with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines. Event and project management with some commercial acumen. A team player who is driven, proactive, supportive, and solution-focused.
