And we live this belief out every day in the way we work with our people.What we're looking forWe're seeking a Business Programme Manager to support Smartly's business strategy by managing and driving multiple cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus across initiatives and are responsible for delivering the quarterly work program, ensuring alignment with the annual business plan and company objectives.What does the job involve?· Leading and managing the quarterly change work programme and developing integrated plans aligned with our goals & business plan.· Providing project, change management, and governance advice to ensure smooth execution of programmes.· Balancing change management and business-as-usual activities, estimating business impact and change capacity.· Tracking and reporting on overall program health, focusing on KPIs, risks, and strategic alignment with business goals.· Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.What you'll bring:· 10+ years' experience in Project & Programme Management in dynamic & diverse environments.· 5+ years' experience in business transformation (including managing Project Managers).· Extensive experience in developing and implementing quarterly work programs that align seamlessly with annual business objectives.· Ability to inspire and guide diverse teams towards common goals, fostering collaboration and motivation.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic and open approach to collaboration.What you'll get· A competitive salary and additional benefits such as birthday leave, health, life and trauma insurance, income protection.· Flexible working - opportunity to work from home and in the office.· Awesome company-wide team culture.
