This is an exciting 12-month opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project that will shape the future of our claims processes.
What you will be doing As a Business Owner, you are at the heart of our transformation efforts. Your expertise and vision will ensure that our project delivery aligns with Tower's strategic goals. You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider program to coordinate resources and schedules, driving the project towards successful implementation. You will lead the successful delivery of the project supported by the Project Manager and Claims Leadership. We are looking for 6 Business Owners to own the following workstreams:
Motor Business OwnerHouse Business OwnerContents Business OwnerPayments Business OwnerWorkflow Business OwnerEvents Business OwnerDive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities: Product Vision: Advise during the product discovery phase to align with Tower's strategic goals and mapped future state journeys.Product Champion: Advocate for innovative product designs that maximize business value.High-Level Decision Making: Make informed decisions to progress scope and delivery.Feedback Loop Advocate: Promote regular, transparent feedback across stakeholders.Benefits Realisation: Define and track expected business benefits and outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Identify and advocate for business process improvements.What You'll Need The ideal candidate possesses deep claims knowledge and is enthusiastic about leveraging their expertise to transform the claims journey for our customers. To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance industryKnowledge of Claims and processesA customer centric approachAbility to engage effectively with diverse skill sets and teams (technical experts, front line, multi-location, Senior/ Executive leadership)Ability to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders based on trust and a common vision/ goal, adapting to different needs to gain buy-in and support for workstream initiativesStrong planning and critical thinking skillsAptitude for keeping up to date on future trends, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative solutionsExperience working in an agile environment and with backlog managementUnderstanding of risk managementAbility to navigate change and ambiguity in a dynamic environment, remaining calm under pressure.Our Commitment We pride ourselves on encouraging everyone to bring their whole selves to work, embracing diverse opinions, experiences, and backgrounds.
