This is a fixed term opportunity based at Aon's Head Office located in the Aon Centre in the Commercial Bay precinct.
How this opportunity is different This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in overseeing the development and subsequent implementation of the New Zealand Business Learning framework, within the context of New Zealand 3-year strategy.
Through your team of experienced Business Learning advisors, you'll undertake an enterprise-wide training needs analysis and develop and deliver tailored learning programmes to address our current and mid-term business needs.
What the mandate will be Consulting with our respective functional leads to understand our strategic business priorities, for the purpose of developing and deploying aligned learning content.
Building a team of Business Learning Advisors that will oversee the deployment of agreed local content, and work with key business stakeholders to ensure the transfer of learning.
Partnering with the APAC Learning Centre of Excellence for the integration of regional learning programs, within the NZ learning curriculum.
Track and report on learning delivery, and the subsequent return on investment via quantifiable business metrics.
Skills and experience that will lead to success Commercial experience in a similar role coming from within Financial Services, or a similar highly regulated environment.
A sound understanding of how learning and capability relates to and applies within a regulated environment, and the responsibilities required for evidencing learner records.
Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully embedding significant enterprise-wide learning frameworks.
Change experience, particularly around colleague capability uplift.
Proficient business planning capabilities and the ability to be effective at both an operational and strategic level.
Strong engagement and communication skills and being able to confidently embed key messaging across colleagues at varying levels.
