The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a crucial part in servicing an impressive list of repeat business clients while also engaging with new potential clients.

Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager (BDM):
Drive the development of key client relationships within the construction sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Manage a full suite of business development activities, including advertising, marketing, lead generation, and networking.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a BDM, recruitment, or sales role, working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a strong desire to win new business.
Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail, with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.
