POSITION: New Business Development Manager - HunterEARNINGS: Commission only with up-side - Part time or full time.Spitfire Creative is a full service agency based in Auckland - formed in 2006.
We cover strategy, creative, content, social and media with an exciting and diverse range of clients.We're looking for a passionate, driven BDM & hunter to join the team to grow our portfolio of clients.This role has the ability to quickly develop into an FTE position for a proven candidate, with the added potential of elevating as a director to further grow the agency capability.The ideal candidate will understand the advertising, digital & creative landscape and could be an ex media rep or similar and have a network of contacts ready to tap into.If you love building relationships, generating leads and contributing to your clients' success, this role could be right for you.What You'll Be Doing:Lead Generation: Generate new leads for the agency.Leverage Existing Relationships: Tap into your network.Networking: Identify new leads and potential partnerships.What We're Looking For:Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently, with leadership team support.Relationship Builder: Build trust and maintain long-term connections with clients and prospects.Proactive & Driven: A go-getter, always looking for new opportunities to generate sales and grow the business.Advertising or Associated Industry Knowledge: Experience is essential.You'll be part of a supportive team: We're a friendly, modern team that values innovation and collaboration.
