Both companies are 100% New Zealand owned and managed, with extensive experience in providing finance and insurance solutions to customers in the motor vehicle industry.About Broadlands Finance and Autolife:Broadlands Finance has been operating since 1995, offering finance solutions to customers looking to purchase motor vehicles. Autolife, a division of Beneficial Insurance, has been providing motor vehicle-related insurance products to customers since 2009.Role and Responsibilities:As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering new relationships and maintaining existing ones with motor vehicle dealers and brokers. Your responsibilities will include:Attracting and retaining motor vehicle dealers and brokers as clients.Utilizing a CRM system to efficiently manage and nurture relationships, maximizing growth opportunities.Promoting and selling finance and insurance products.Assisting the lending manager in evaluating finance applications.Qualification Requirements:The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following qualifications and skills:Strong customer relationship skills with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.Experience in the motor vehicle dealer industry or knowledge of the finance and insurance sector is preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to provide courteous and professional service both in person and over the phone.Outstanding interpersonal skills for building and developing strong client relationships.A team player who can collaborate effectively to achieve company goals.Ability to deliver the highest quality of service to dealers and brokers in a timely and efficient manner.Knowledgeable in responding to dealers and brokers' inquiries or requests.Full driver's license.Perks and Work Environment:Your time will be divided between visiting motor vehicle dealers/brokers and working in the office.
