This fixed-term role for 2 years offers you the opportunity to be a key player in implementing and testing our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), which supports safe, efficient, and effective network operations. You'll collaborate with teams across TLC to optimize workflows, manage testing protocols, and facilitate change management throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis: Lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, develop acceptance criteria, and optimize processes in preparation for ADMS deployment.Testing: Develop and execute test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and document results to ensure ADMS meets operational standards.Change Management: Support effective change practices and facilitate training to ensure smooth adoption of ADMS.Desired Skills and ExperienceQualifications & ExperienceQualifications: Tertiary qualification in IT/IS or related field; Business Analyst certification preferred.Experience: 5+ years in a Business Analyst role within complex environments, with strong understanding of project management, SDLC principles, and experience in business process modeling.Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and a customer-focused mindset.Hiahia? - Interested?Join our team where technology, sustainability, and community come together to power the future.
