Building Financial Capability Team Leader, Pacific Families and ChildrenAre you a Senior Financial Mentor or experienced Team Leader? Can you speak a Pacific language? We want to offer you an opportunity to join our growing team of Building Financial Capability (BFC) mentors who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Pasifika community.The Fonua Ola Network is a not-for-profit organisation that offers a range of services to support and empower Pasifika families. We are by Pasifika for Pasifika.Our Vision: Health, Happiness and Hope for All.Our Mission: To serve Pasifika families with Excellence and Integrity.Primary Objective: To build a strong, robust, well-positioned and resourced Pacific Organisation within Aotearoa/New Zealand that provides quality and leading health and social services to support Pacific children and families.The Building Financial Capability Team Leader's main purpose is to:Implement the vision and mission of the Trust.Work in collaboration with Fonua Ola services, government agencies, and community to provide holistic support to Pacific families, children, and youth.Provide leadership and mentoring to the BFC team.Complete relevant and timely reporting.Successful candidates will have:A qualification in financial literacy or other types of financial studies.Relevant financial mentoring and management experience.Leadership, networking, people and relationship management experience.Ability to deliver financial literacy workshops and presentations.A clean, current driver's licence is an essential requirement.If you are looking for your next exciting role, we'd like to hear from you.
