You will be responsible for food preparation/cooking of the breakfast menu, staff meals, and prep for the evening menu, and maintaining the cleaning & physical appearance of the kitchen and equipment. It will be a bonus if you also love baking! You may also help serve and clear food in the café area. From time to time you may be asked to work an evening shift.You will be rostered 5 morning shifts per week (including weekends - usually Mon/Tues or Tues/Wed days off) and be flexible to provide cover for periods of increased occupancy.
