Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Aquinas College is a state-integrated, Catholic, co-educational, Year 7-13 secondary school situated in Pyes Pa, Tauranga. We are seeking a vibrant, energetic administrator to join our creative Arts Faculty. Applicants must support the college's Special Character.This is a permanent part-time administration position of 12 hours per week during term time only. The start date is 28 January 2025. The hours will spread across 2-3 days which are mutually agreed upon by all parties, however, flexibility will be required.The candidate will report to both the Leader of Learning - Arts (curriculum) and the Director of Performing Arts (extra-curricular).Key Skills (but not restricted to)Computer literacy with a range of applications including social media.Excellent organisational and communication skills.A full driver's licence is essential.The candidate must be proactive in their approach to the role.Knowledge of art, music, and/or drama will be an advantage.Applications close at noon on the 15th January 2025.Key Responsibilities (but not restricted to)Provide coordination and administrative support for the Arts curriculum and Performing Arts activities.Provide quick and efficient communications to staff and the local community.Organise and maintain effective storage systems for the Arts Curriculum working areas.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have experience in administration?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
