As a Brand Manager – Starbucks by Nespresso, you will work with some of our most well-known and loved global brands in the coffee capsule space (Starbucks including Ready to Drinks Starbucks, Nescafé Farmers Origins, Nescafé Dolce Gusto), playing a pivotal role in the development and execution of the New Zealand marketing plans which encompass both consumer & shopper fronts as well as working with a high performing & growing team.
A day in the life… Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Coffee, you will be joining at an exciting time as you will be putting together strong plans to drive our ambitious category growth in New Zealand which will include:
Creating and implementing growth strategies for the brandsAccountable for category and brand performance of portfolioEnd to end management of innovation & renovation projectsPlanning, implementing, and delivering compelling brand and shopper integrated campaignsCross functional team engagement to ensure flawless execution of plans in marketReview and optimise brand, portfolio & campaign performance based on data and insightsDevelopment of the 3-year brand strategy leveraging best in class consumer insights to build effective communication and launch successful innovation in collaboration with the cross-functional teamResponsible for defining the selection of the target market and develop an inspiring consumer portraitLead overall business needs for consumer, category and shopper insights, to convert into meaningful local strategiesBuild effective working relationships and influence stakeholders with leadership members across AU & NZ to ensure alignment on plansWhat will make you successful As well as having an impressive blend of passion to exceed ambitious goals & strong sense of collaboration you will also bring:
You thrive in a demanding, fast-paced team environmentDegree qualified in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fieldsIdeally 3+ years' experience in FMCG Brand ManagementDemonstrated experience across product and brand through NPD launches, range planningStrong project management skillsSignificant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at all levelsPrevious experience in a matrixed organisation with a diverse local cross-functional team and Global stakeholders preferredA strong ability to understand insights and translate into innovative plansArticulate, inspiring communication verbal and through presentation to bring others on the journeyProven ability to develop talent, adapting coaching style and approach to the needs of the individualApplicants must have full New Zealand working rights BENEFITS You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
