Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: We are looking for a talented and passionate Brand Manager ANZ to join our collaborative and innovative ANZ Marketing Team in a full-time permanent capacity. This is a hybrid role with approximately 3 days working from home and 2 days working in our Penrose office with intraday flexibility. The role will focus on leading the Cleaners portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, managing much loved, heritage brands such as Handy Andy and Gumption and new brands Liquid-Plumr and Clorox. The role will also support the execution of total Homecare projects where required, including brand lead for allocated Chux projects. In this role, you will: Lead and manage the Cleaners portfolio including the portfolio targets and performance across the Australian and New Zealand markets. Own the long-term Cleaners strategy & innovation/renovation pipeline recommendation with the Marketing Manager Homecare. Responsible for leading the execution of the marketing plans to deliver strong brand and category growth through cross functional partnerships across ANZ, including integrated & aligned communications plans. Brand lead for all key Cleaners projects across ANZ (e.g. direct import innovation such as Liquid Plumr or Clorox Bleach, labels/stickers updates, formulation changes, etc.). Responsible for Kingsford brand requirements including consumer enquiries. Support the execution of total Homecare projects where required including brand lead for allocated Chux Projects. What we look for: Critical Experience: A capable individual with approximately 2 years brand management experience in a fast-moving consumer goods organisation. Business/commercial acumen and business ownership – has a clear understanding of impact on the performance of the portfolio and driving its importance through the organisation. Project management skills – led projects from concept to launch with cross functional teams. Analytics - IRI and Homescan data. Planning - Developing and executing brand/commercial plans including digital & social media and consumer engagement. Organising - Innovation development and experience in project management from concept to market. Strong capabilities to multi-task and set priorities.
